Take a breath
1-hour mindfulness workshop is a great introduction to the basic foundation of mindfulness. Participants will learn 3 deep breathing exercises that they can use moving forward.

Take your time, Series 1, 2 & 3
This four-week series offers a deep dive into nine different mindfulness practices. Participants are expected to attend all four 75-minute sessions. Interested students, faculty, and staff, please contact Kelly Truesdell at ktruesdell@uhs.uga.edu to learn more or to schedule a workshop.
